The use of point-of-care ultrasound by Emergency Physicians in guiding invasive procedures is growing rapidly. It is essential to work safely, while adapting to the new possibilities that ultrasound guided procedures offer. During this workshop you will learn to perform ultrasound guided peripheral and central venous access, and upper & lower extremity nerve blocks.

- Peripheral intravenous line placement

Part 2 Ultrasound guided peripheral nerve blocks
- Upper extremity: medial, ulnar and radial nerve
- Lower extremity: femoral, tibial and ischiatic nerve
